Are there any additional fees by the time my order arrives?

No expensive customs, brokerage, duties and any additional cost will be charged for orders shipped within Canada. We ship directly from our warehouse in Canada, so it avoids the customs fees from shipping overseas. However, customs fees may still apply for order to the US and other countries.

Are your products insured during shipping?

Yes, all of our products are insured during shipping.

Can I install the products on my own?

Our products are very easy to install because there is no drilling required. Most products only need bolt-on application, and all products come with installation instruction. It should be an easy job. However, if you do not have any knowledge or experience with working on your vehicle, we do recommend that you get our products installed professionally.

Cleaning a Tonneau

When you get your new tonneau cover, make sure you pay close attention to the manufacturer instructions for cleaning and care. While most bed covers will have the same basic care instructions, some may have slight variations.

Soft tonneau covers are made of vinyl, and vinyl is best cleaned with a cleaner that is specific to the fabric (i.e 303 Tonneau Cover & Convertible Top Cleaning Kit). You could also use a mild car washing solution and a medium brush. Another cleaning option for you would be to take your truck through an automatic car wash, but do not allow a car wash to apply spray wax to your tonneau cover, as it could harm the fabric.

It is not advisable to use the same protection products that you use for your tires, trim and dash on your tonneau cover. Your manufacturer’s instructions will list the best ways to get a sleek shine from your tarp, and which products to avoid.

Do you accept local pickup?

All products we offer a lifetime manufacture warranty from defects in material and workmanship on all stainless steel polished products. We only sell products that last.

How do I know the stock availability?

Most of the products we have listed are in stock and ready to ship, however, for any online business, the stock status could change every second. After you have made the Quote Request, you will receive an Order Status email within 24 hours. The Order Status email will indicate whether the requested product is in stock or out of stock.
